ESA in Oklahoma

Oklahoma does not currently have an ESA program.

Oklahoma doesn't have an ESA, but does offer a $1,000 refundable Parental Choice Tax Credit for homeschool families — the first broad-based education tax credit available to Oklahoma homeschoolers.

As of April 2026

What Oklahoma offers
A refundable tax credit — available to homeschool families.
Parental Choice Tax Credit
$1,000/year for homeschool families. $5,000–$7,500 for private school families (AGI-tiered). Refundable — you receive the credit even if you owe no state taxes. 39,373 approved as of February 2026. This is not a true ESA — it is a tax credit claimed on your state income tax return, not a pre-loaded spending account. Apply at oklahoma.gov/tax.
Wizkoo works without ESA
You don't need an ESA to use Wizkoo.

Most homeschool families fund their curriculum through personal budgets, and Wizkoo is built to be worth it either way.

$50/month or $499/year. Every child in your family, one price. No per-child pricing. No vendor approval needed. No waiting.

Your first plan is free, no credit card required.

If Oklahoma creates a full ESA program, we'll update this page immediately.
