Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 9, 2026

Wizkoo is operated by Wizkoo LLC (formerly ReApproach Education LLC) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Georgia limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use wizkoo.com and our family learning products (collectively, the “Service”).

We take children’s privacy seriously. Our Service is designed for families with children ages 2–12, and we have built our platform to minimize data collection and protect your family’s privacy. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the FTC’s amended COPPA Rule (16 CFR 312, effective June 23, 2025).

1. Information We Collect

Free Learning Games

Our free geography and science learning games do not collect any personal information. These products run entirely in your web browser. All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device using your browser’s built-in storage. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers.

Plan Generator (Subscription Service)

When you subscribe to our weekly learning plan generator, we collect the following information from the parent or guardian who creates the account:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store credit card numbers)

To personalize learning plans for your family, we also ask you to provide:

  • Your child’s first name
  • Your child’s age or grade level
  • The number of children in your household participating in the program

We do not collect your child’s last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, physical address, photograph, biometric identifiers (including facial geometry, fingerprints, or voiceprints), or any other identifying information beyond what is listed above.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect: device identifiers, IP addresses for tracking purposes, geolocation data, browsing history, biometric identifiers, cookies for advertising, or any information from third-party services about you or your children. We do not use analytics services that track individual users. We do not serve advertisements. We do not use push notifications or engagement techniques directed at children. We do not use your child’s information to build profiles for any purpose other than delivering the learning plans you requested.

3. How We Use Information

Parent information is used to: manage your account, process your subscription payment, send you your weekly learning plans, and communicate with you about your subscription (such as renewal notices or service updates).

Child information (first name and age/grade) is used exclusively to: personalize your family’s weekly learning plans so that activities are age-appropriate and plans can be addressed to each child by name.

AI-Generated Learning Plans

Your family’s learning plans are generated using artificial intelligence. When generating a plan, your child’s first name and age/grade are transmitted to our AI provider (Anthropic, Inc.) for processing. This transmission occurs under a zero data retention agreement, meaning your child’s information is processed transiently to generate the plan and is not stored, logged, or retained by the AI provider. The AI provider does not use your family’s information to train models or for any other purpose.

We do not use any information for advertising, marketing to children, behavioral profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the educational service you purchased.

4. How We Store and Protect Information

Parent account information and child first names/ages are stored on secure, encrypted servers in the United States provided by Supabase, Inc. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account information on our servers.

Game progress, learning plan history, and user preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

Written Information Security Program

Pursuant to 16 CFR 312.8, we maintain a written information security program that includes:

  • Encryption of personal information in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
  • Access controls limiting employee and contractor access to personal information to those with a legitimate business need
  • Authentication via Clerk, Inc., with industry-standard password hashing and session management
  • Regular security reviews of our infrastructure and third-party service providers
  • Incident response procedures for potential data breaches

5. Data Retention Policy

Pursuant to 16 CFR 312.10, we maintain the following data retention policy:

  • Active subscription data (parent account, child profiles): Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days post-cancellation (to allow reactivation).
  • Payment records: Retained by Stripe per their data retention policy and applicable financial regulations.
  • AI-generated learning plans: Stored locally on your device. Not retained on our servers.
  • Free game data: Stored locally on your device only. Never transmitted to or retained on our servers.

After the 90-day post-cancellation period, all personal information is permanently deleted from our servers. We do not retain personal information indefinitely.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@wizkoo.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Child profile information (first name and age/grade) can be individually deleted at any time through your parent account settings without canceling your subscription.

6. Your Parental Rights

As the parent or guardian of a child using our Service, you have the right to:

  • Review the personal information we have collected about your child by logging into your account or by contacting us at privacy@wizkoo.com
  • Request deletion of your child’s personal information at any time
  • Refuse further collection of your child’s information (note: this may require canceling your subscription, as child age/grade is necessary for the Service to function)
  • Receive a copy of this Privacy Policy at any time by visiting wizkoo.com/privacy or by contacting us

We will not require your child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the educational activities provided by our Service.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

Only parents or guardians may create accounts. Children do not create accounts, do not have login credentials, and do not directly provide us with any information.

No Non-Integral Disclosures

We do not disclose children’s personal information to third parties for purposes that are not integral to the Service. Therefore, no separate opt-in consent for third-party disclosures is required under 16 CFR 312.5(a)(2).

  • Local storage (free games): Game progress and settings stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies.
